  1. Visit the designated website and fill the NZeTA form online. Applicants will have to complete filling the details on the form like full name, passport number, passport issuing date and expiry date, place of birth, gender, date of birth, and secret questions related to criminal and health.
  2. Declare whether you will be entering the country or transiting.
  3. Upload documents like your scanned passport and your recent photograph.

How Will I Receive My NZeTA?

Is your name incorrect in the list of online NZeTA? What can you do in such cases?

If your name has special characters, the system does not accept it and the displayed name will be in the machine-readable form. If the spelling of your name is showing wrong due to accent issues, then it will be corrected by the system and will show in a different way on the NZeTA. Applicants do not have to worry as these issues won't affect your entry into New Zealand while checking at the checkpoints.

But if the applicant has entered the spelling of the name incorrectly, then the NZeTA application will be rejected. Also, if you have entered an incomplete name, your application will be rejected. It is advised to check your application form details before finally submitting.

Can I extend my NZeTA?

The NeTA offers 2-years validity with multiple entries, stay limited to 3 months (i.e. 90 days) for each visit. Travelers cannot extend their NZeTA, beyond 2-years of validity period. If you want to opt for longer stays, you will have to apply for some other visa.
